**About the Role**:
Advanta are seeking a passionate and driven individual to join the team as a National Sales Manager. Based in Sydney, this role will have territory responsibility as well as management, and provides the perfect opportunity to spending a large amount of time in the field leading from the front, drive revenue growth and shape the future of our business.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Set and execute sales strategies, guiding the team towards achieving set goals.
- Lead, mentor, and support the sales team, ensuring their success.
- Continuously monitor sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Conducting sales visits to clients and prospects to showcase products.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders in the field.
- Collaborating with the sales team to develop targeted field sales strategies.
- Identify new revenue opportunities while addressing challenges and risks.
- Stay abreast of industry trends.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless customer service.
**Skills and Experiences**:
**About You**:
- Experienced in leadership and sales
- Hands-on experience working with other business units to achieve goals
- While not mandatory, experience in commercial furniture is a plus.
- Possess strong analytical skills with a strategic mindset.
- Creative, open-minded, and solution-oriented.
- Proven track record of forging lasting partnerships and securing large contracts.
