**About the Role**

As a **Service Leader**, you’ll guide and inspire your team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care. You’ll play a vital role in supporting individuals with complex behaviours, mentoring your team, and stepping in to provide hands-on support when needed.

You’ll also build strong relationships with families and stakeholders, co-designing care plans that empower our clients to live their best lives.

**Your responsibilities include**:

- Leading and mentoring a team of Support Workers
- Managing rosters and ensuring smooth day-to-day service delivery
- Ensuring compliance with NDIS standards and UDC’s quality frameworks
- Supporting clients with personal care, community access, and skill development
- Fostering a positive, supportive, and inclusive team culture

**What You’ll Bring**

✔ Diploma (or higher) in Disability, Individual Support, or a related field
✔ 3-4 years’ experience leading or mentoring teams in disability or aged care
✔ Strong understanding of person-centred practice and NDIS compliance
✔ Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills
✔ Current First Aid, CPR, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and valid Driver’s Licence
