**The Opportunity**

We are seeking a highly motivated individual ready to step up into a Full Time Team Leader position within the Client Services in Batemans Bay. As the Team Leader, you will work with clients and their families across the Eurobodalla LGA to facilitate their access to individualised supports and group activities offered by The Disability Trust. You will provide guidance to a team of established Disability Support Workers with the overall aim of continuously improving the quality of the services for our clients and staff across accommodation, group and individual settings.

You will have an understanding of care protocols, reporting requirements and restrictive practices; and lead others in these client related tasks. Your demonstrated experience in managing complex needs and behaviours, as well as an understanding of high-care needs, will enable you to effectively problem-solve and continuously improve service delivery.

**The Role**

The Client Services Team Leader will manage a variety of duties, including:

- Day-to-day coordination of a diverse range of programs, groups and individual supports
- Liaising with families, carers and other organisations regarding the provision of support to clients
- Ensuring the safety and well-being of participants and employees
- Mentoring and guiding frontline staff to deliver high quality services to clients
- Maintaining accurate records and providing information for reporting purposes
- Working closely with other teams in The Disability Trust to ensure the smooth delivery of the service in regard to staffing and NDIS Plans

**About You**
- Fantastic communication skills and the ability to build genuine rapport with all stakeholders including participants with disability, family members, support staff, and other external providers
- Understanding of the importance of privacy and respect for all individuals
- Ability to actively promote a high functioning and engaged team
- Sound administrative and computer skills to utilise The Disability Trust's various internal systems for client management, rostering, record-keeping and risk management
