**ABOUT THE COMPANY**
Our client is a growing national company that operates in the Building Services space. Based in the CBD, the maintenance division of the company specializes in **maintenance services** for many large corporations, government, schools, councils, facilities management and real estate businesses.
**ABOUT THE ROLE**
The **Office Coordinator **is responsible for updating and renewing contracts, dealing with technicians to collect information, dealing with invoices, purchase order numbers, organizing inductions, compliance & general admin duties.
**EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**
- Previous experience working in an **admin / receptionist** role
- Highly developed prioritization and time management skills
- Demonstration of a resilient, proactive and adaptable attitude
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Fyshwick, ACT: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- Office administration: 1 year (required)
