What's in your playbook?

3-5 years of Hospitality Management experience

Exposure to both Bar and Restaurant environments

Financial savvy to keep the scoreboard in our favour

Leadership skills to inspire and develop our team of champions

RSA, RSG, TAB Basics & Advanced (preferred but not essential)

First aid certificate (preferred but not essential)

Approved Managers Certificate (preferred but not essential)
