Head Barista

For this role you will need to have a passion for great coffee, staff management and exceptional customer services skills. Attention to detail.

This role has a very attractive work life balance. General roster will be to Saturday.

You will be of positive demeanour, with a can-do attitude.

We are seeking a Head Barista
- With at least 12 months high volume
- A team player attitude
- Dialling in Machines
- Reliable & hard working
- A desire to develop relationships with customers and engage with them about our coffee beans and brand and possess excellent customer service skills
- A desire to develop your personal and professional skillset

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

- FLOREAT, WA 6014: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Barista: 1 year (required)
- Customer service: 1 year (required)
- Food handling: 1 year (preferred)
