Are you looking for an opportunity to be part of an innovative Council seeking to make a positive difference in the community you support? We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Customer Experience Officer to join our team.

Located on the lower North Shore, our leafy suburbs have a vibrant and diverse village atmosphere. We aim to provide "best value" services and facilities to the community whilst ensuring a sustainable future.

**About the Role**

As a primary point of contact for local businesses and the community, you will be responsible for promoting a positive image of Council by delivering high quality customer service for the organisation. You will also be responsible for ensuring effective and efficient practices are in place, and quality standards are maintained.

**About You**
- A current Drivers Licence.
- Demonstrated experience in a frontline customer service role, or call centre environment.
- Proven effective complaints handling, conflict resolution and interpersonal skills.
- High level communication skills in both written and verbal formats; and
- Ability to work autonomously in addition to effectively contributing to a team.
