Administration - Customer Experience Manager

We are seeking an experienced customer service individual to join our corporate customer experience team due to a staff going on maternity leave.
We are a well-respected national premium real estate brand. The opportunity for this individual is to provide corporate support to our franchisee network and to provide customer service and manager customer enquiries.
Responsibilities will include:
- Manage our testimonial and reviews platform servicing all brands
Analyse customer data and provide insight to our offices
Manage and coordinate customer feedback at a corporate level, within our brand guidelines and service standards, with customers and franchisees
Manage web site queries through forms submissions and via live chat
Coordinate and provide customer service and other support, as needed
Report directly to the head of customer experience
The successful applicant will demonstrate:
- A highly professional customer service manner showing empathy and customer care
The ability to listen to facts objectively without judgement
The ability to think quickly on their feet to problem solve
The ability to be an effective communicator verbally and in writing
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Strong attention to detail
An analytical mind
Preference will be considered to an applicant who has proven experience in a similar real estate role or has been working in the real estate industry, including having general knowledge on compliance and regulation. Holding a current certificate of registration/real estate licence would be advantageous but not required. This is being offered as a full-time maternity fill position.
