**About The Role**
In this
**permanent full-time **role, you will be responsible for providing consistently excellent customer service and claiming expertise for all health fund products and services offered through TUH.
**Your key responsibilities will include**:
- Processing complex customer claims, payment requirements and providing specific information in response to enquiries.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of fund products, processes, services, and rules.
- Promoting TUH products/services and managing enquiries in plain language across a number of mediums including face-to-face contact and telephone conversations.
- Providing relevant oral and written communication to all customers and employees of TUH.
- Collaborating with other team members to exchange up to date information and distribute workload.
**About you**
Your enthusiastic and team focused nature will be a great asset to our Claims team. You will enjoy working in a small team and highly flexible work environment, with a genuine focus on identifying and meeting customer needs and resolving customer issues.
High level data input and customer service experience is essential to achieve in this role. You will have several years’ experience within a fast paced claims role, and exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Prior experience within the Private Health Industry will be looked upon favourably.
