Due to continuing growth and development of Ecommerce across the Merlin’s Midway attractions (including Madame Tussauds, SEA LIFE, The Dungeons, LEGOLAND Discovery Centres and The Eye Brand), we are looking for an** eCommerce Coordinator **to join our team, based in either Florida or Sydney.

**The Role...**

The eCommerce Coordinator will be responsible for delivering and optimising our customer journeys across our ecommerce websites.

This is an exciting opportunity for a junior eCommerce specialist, as we accelerate our digital presence, our websites and customer journeys and the optimisation of these platforms to help us achieve our strategic goals.

You’ll deliver weekly reporting across our websites, identifying KPIs and providing insights to help drive optimum performance, alongside supporting on delivery of key SEO strategic projects, including the creation and optimisation of SEO content with on page optimisations.

**About You...**
- Working knowledge of CMS systems.
- Hands on experience of updating and optimising websites.
- Good use of Excel to create and update reports and work with data to draw insight from.
- Be an excellent communicator and influencer.
- Passionate and driven individual, who can demonstrate their enthusiasm for digital.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to multi-task and hit the ground running within a hands-on role.
