**About the Role**
We are seeking a motivated and solutions-focused **Administration Team Leader** to lead the statewide administrative functions of the **Aged Care Assessment Service (ACAS)**. Based at the Hampstead Rehabilitation Centre, this pivotal role is responsible for overseeing My Aged Care referral processes, managing day-to-day operations, and driving improvements across administrative systems. You'll play a key role in project coordination, process development, and data analysis—ensuring efficient workflows and delivering high-quality support services across multiple ACAS sites in South Australia.
As the Team Leader, you will provide guidance and supervision to a dedicated team of administrative professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence. Your leadership will support key performance outcomes, operational deliverables, and fleet management functions, all while ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
