My client is one of Brisbane's strongest Mazda dealerships with a state of the art showroom and servicing team located in Capalaba.

With a 4.5 average google review rating this dealership prides themselves on delivering a great experience for their customer every time and your role will be to contact every customer to not lonely thank them for choosing this dealership but to confirm their satisfaction with the service and product that they received from this team.

**About the role**

Working from 8.00 - 4.15 Monday to Friday your role will be to phone each customer who has had a service or bought a vehicle to ensure that the service and product that they received from the dealership is to their satisfaction and as promised.

In addition you will be available to act as backup support to reception and other administration staff, when required, and have a flexible attitude to take on other ad hoc tasks, if directed by the General Manager.

Other responsibilities of this role are as follows:

- Manage reports extracted from Mazda's KPIs and internal systems and follow through to Resolution stage.
- Report on any recurring concerns, identify root cause, implement action plans and measure success.
- Involvement in relevant regional and national Mazda Australia initiatives

**About you**

Ideally you will have a good working knowledge of Dealership processes - across Sales & Delivery, Warranty, Service, Finance & Parts, or similar from another industry, and this experience will be well complimented by your proven capability in the following areas & activities:

- Ability to build effective relationships with customers
- Excellent phone manner and communication skills with the ability to profile customer needs
- Excellent negotiation skills & good time management
- Demonstrated administration experience and use of the Microsoft suite.
- Ability to be flexible and able to manage a multiple of tasks
- Service driven attitude as well as be a flexible team player
