**About the role at Wealth3**

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Client Service Officer to join our boutique financial planning firm, Wealth3. As a member of our young and dynamic team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our high net worth clients over the phone and in person. This is a junior position with opportunities for growth, specifically for those with excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail and a desire to break into the financial services industry. Prior experience in the industry is not necessary as we provide comprehensive training. Experience in an administrative role or with Xplan is favorable. This position is based in office in Pyrmont.

**Entry Level** - A role for someone with underlying potential, good motivation and ability to learn. Typically no direct experience is required.

**Core Responsibilities**
- Research Support - Conduct systematic investigation into topics and problems to support the enablement of the function, organization, or projects
- Operations Query Handling - Receive, resolve, or redirect incoming queries to ensure the organization runs smoothly
