**Salary: $1200 Per Day + Super**

**About the Role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Direct management of Cleaning and Waste Budgets, ensuring financial efficiency and compliance.
- Oversee all cleaning operations, minimising disruptions and aligning with our service delivery model.
- Coordinate with our Prime Cleaning Contractor and stakeholders to maintain optimal facility conditions.
- Ensure all operational activities comply with legal and safety standards.
- Drive continuous improvement in service delivery through regular performance assessments.
- Foster strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders to manage expectations and deliver exceptional service.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in facilities management, specifically in cleaning and waste services.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, with a high level of initiative and judgement.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of managing diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Comprehensive understanding of WHS obligations and compliance requirements.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and stakeholder engagement.
