The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing facilities management across client sites, ensuring seamless execution of hard and soft services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive successful facilities management outcomes
- Lead the planning and management of facilities management operation teams in terms of staffing, training, and evaluating operations maintenance and support personnel
- Ensure contract performance is met and exceeded through effective contract compliance, performance management against KPIs, cost savings initiatives, and customer satisfaction
- Attend and participate in annual or other planned audits (Environmental Management, Quality Management, Information Security)
- Research new programs or processes to improve quality, costs, and performance for clients
- Develop strategic procurement activities to ensure best practice, competitive pricing, development of strategic supplier relationships, and proactive delivery of services
- Reviews and adjusts contract processes to ensure consistency and adherence with client master contract and corporate standards. Effectively resolve disputes arising from noncompliance
- Develops HSE procedures for facilities, including emergency action plans, disaster recovery, business continuity, and other related procedures
- Mentor and guide account team to deliver agreed performance outcomes
- Drive contract governance process
