- As a Partner Account Manager you play a critical role in Y Soft’s sales mission to the market and are a key member of the sales team.
- Working under the supervision of the Y Soft regional EVP of Sales, you will engage with our channel sales partners, build relationships with them, understand and support their sales strategies and train them on the problems we solve for their customers.
- In cooperation with the partners you play a critical role in their go-to-market and their customer’s buyer journey, you manage the sales transactions made by the partner and follow the customer lifecycle; promoting continuous innovation and expansion and ensuring customer success at each step along the way.
- You will be backed by the strength of the Y Soft brand and Y Soft marketing, inside sales, development, delivery and support teams and you will operate in close cooperation with pre-sales and customer success consultants.**WHAT WILL YOU ACTUALLY DO IN THIS ROLE?**
- Create, develop and execute regional sales strategy, designed to maximize sales results and business growth within region.
- Be responsible for meeting sales and business growth targets, implementing strategic goals and objectives including defining a Go-To-Market strategy and business plan.
- Build stable relationships with partners and customers with a strong focus on pre-sales, sales and post-sales support. Understanding the customers’ needs and proposing technical solutions will be a key part of your work.
- Support our partners’ sales force even on the customers’ side and initiate and lead partner meetings.
- Use your existing network of contacts and search for new contacts to strengthen the position of Y Soft within Australia and New Zealand.
- Identify and support new sales channels and/or partners for Y Soft product families.
- Support existing and new partners in partner enablement, product certifications and strategic initiatives.
- Ensure readiness of channel partner for sales and appropriate support of Y Soft products
- Act as an escalation (business related and non-business related) point of contact for assigned partners and customers.
- Provide training for partner salespersons on the YSoft SAFEQ platform and companion solutions, on the value proposition and on the optimal sales approaches for customers.
- Actively support various marketing activities such as road-shows, customer events etc.

- Minimum of five years experience in relevant sales or pre-sales capacity where a channel and client facing element was part of your role(s).
- Experience handling the dynamic between key business and technical influencers is critical.
- Experience working with digital transformation, print management, document capture, document workflow;
- as well as experience working with Y Soft products is a plus.

**WHAT SKILLS SHOULD YOU HAVE**:

- Strong technical knowledge mixed with the ability to be analytical and commercially minded,
- Ability to translate real world business problems into high level technical solutions and vice versa.
- Board-level storytelling, whiteboarding and presentation skills, incl articulation of technical content.
- Excellent written and spoken English, additional language is a plus
- Be able to travel domestically and internationally 40% of the time
- Own a car with valid Australian Driver License
- Be a Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
