Warakirri Asset Management are currently seeking an IT and Business System Support Officer to join the team based in Melbourne.

**What the role entails**

Reporting to the IT and Business Systems Manager, your responsibilities will include:

- Provide first and mid
- level IT support and troubleshooting for network and remote users,
- Configuration of workstation software and hardware for both local remote sites,
- Set up accounts for new users
- Undertake tasks as per the internal systems issue register and production of monthly analysis of issues for manager
- Support and improvement of systems infrastructure
- Liaise with our hardware provider when required to help resolve hardware issues.
- Undertake projects as directed with responsibility for identifying and resolving technical issues as required.

**Qualifications**:
**Desirable Skills and Experience**
- A formal Tertiary qualification with a focus on Information Technology, Networking or a related discipline.
- Knowledge of Microsoft SQL, Visual Studio development environment and Windows operating system and LAN.
- Adaptable and able to learn multiple systems, programs and take on varied tasks
