Public Relations Manager

**What’s the gig?**
- Experience with tech and business clients/media is a must.
- You'll develop, direct and implement brand-building strategies that promote the products and services of our clients. You will create and manage strategies that build reputation and brand image with customers, stakeholders, investors and the wider public.
- You'll collaborate with world-class communicators and a tight-knit team, to develop impactful campaigns and pitch engaging stories that deliver business-oriented outcomes for clients.
- You’ll work alongside us to strengthen and grow our connections with media, key players and industry figures.
- You will be a valued part of our business development strategy and will have the independence to pitch and prop dream clients and have the opportunity to attend key events and network with industry figures.

**What are we looking for? You ideally have**:

- 3+ years of PR or journalism experience. Social media experience is also welcomed.
- A strong understanding of the mainstream Australian media landscape, particularly in tech and business. International markets (particularly USA/APAC) are also held in high regard, considering the global nature of our business.
- Relationships in the B2B, finance & enterprise sectors and US/UK/NZ/ APAC contacts are highly regarded.
- Great management skills. We have a ‘no-jerks’ policy when it comes to clients and team members. You are a friendly and professional operator who can quickly build trust and be welcomed as part of the client’s team.
- You’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves, take on responsibility and get the job done (we're not into micromanagement).
