**About the Role**:
Admissions manager-International will be one of the first points of contact for students, therefore, ensures that all the enquiries are responded in an appropriate and timely manner.

**Skills and Attributes**:
- Strong attention to detail: ability to achieve thoroughness and accuracy when accomplishing a task.
- An ability to prioritise and meet set deadline.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Excellent interpersonal skills required for interviewing and providing support to students.
- Computer literate (capacity to use Windows, Excel, Word, Outlook, and student management system).
- Ability to edit, create and develop forms, and offer letters on MS word and PDF writer
- Ability to always maintain confidentiality.
- A person should have great knowledge of PRISMS and COE management
**Responsibilities**:
- Assessment of all admissions in line with VET guidelines
- Processing enrolment and enrolment variations such as leave approvals, extensions, withdrawals, release, change of program/location etc.
- Monitoring CoE and Visa validity
- Processing and Managing OSHC or related issues
- Preparing letters of offer, SVP assessment and CoEs in line with the set standards and process
- Managing Credit Applications
- Ensuring all admission compliances are met
- Ensuring admission documents are uploaded in Document Management System in line with the requirements
- Liaising with agents, students and staff regarding admission and enrolment related queries
- Assisting with Enrolment
- Liaise with International education agents to understand the needs of the students and the documentary requirements
- Enter Provider Registration and International Student Management System (PRISMS) documentation
- Assisting with student enrolment, maintaining accurate academic documentation
- Ensure all administrative processes are followed in an accurate and timely manner
- Ensure student files are recorded and maintained
- Issue Offer letters and CoEs (including variations: cancellations, deferments, suspensions, Intention to report, concurrent CoEs)
- Provide guidance and advice to students related to course changes, withdrawals, and deferments.
- Managing and maintaining relationship with external(educations consultants, universities, other educations providers and students) and internal(other teams and departments).
**Mandatory Qualifications, experience, and skills**:
- Completion of Diploma; or Certificate III or IV with relevant work experience; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or Education/training.
- Knowledge of relevant government legislation i.e., the ESOS Act 2000, National Code 2018 and the STROs 2015.
- Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills and an ability to interact effectively with a wide variety of individuals.
- Successful applicant must have at least 2 years’ experience as a Student Services Admissions Officer in CRICOS environment, managing international students.
**Desirable Qualifications, experience, and skills**:
- Certificate III or IV in business Administration or Leadership and Management
- Extensive skills and knowledge Microsoft Office.
- Advanced ability to multitask and prioritise multiple responsibilities.
- Awareness of other cultures and needs of international students in a VET environment.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Subcontract, Temp to perm
**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
