**About United Co.**

We are currently seeking an experienced **Guest Relations Coordinator** with a strong background in hospitality or events to manage our front desk and ensure the seamless operation of our meeting, training, and conference rooms.

**Key Responsibilities**

As the face of United Co., you’ll play a critical role in delivering five-star service to our guests and members. Your responsibilities include:
**Front Desk & Concierge**:

- Warmly greet and assist members, guests, and visitors
- Coordinate new member onboarding and door access
- Oversee mail handling and deliveries

**Meeting & Event Space Coordination**:

- Manage daily meeting room bookings and liaise with clients
- Prepare rooms according to booking specifications and layouts
- Provide on-the-spot tech support (AV, conferencing tools)
- Ensure spaces are clean, refreshed, and reset throughout the day
- Deliver catering and attend to clearing efficiently
- Promote upselling opportunities (e.g. room upgrades, catering, extensions)
- Process payments and manage charges according to policies

**Support to Community Manager**:

- Act as second-in-charge to the Community Manager
- Provide support with day-to-day coordination and operations
- Step in to oversee key responsibilities during periods of absence or leave

**About You**:
You’re a natural host and a problem-solver with a proactive attitude. You bring energy and warmth to every interaction, and thrive in fast-paced environments.

**To succeed in this role, you will have**:

- A vibrant, energetic personality with a ‘can-do’ attitude
- Proven experience in hospitality, events, or front-of-house roles
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure
- Strong AV/tech troubleshooting skills
- Excellent attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness
- A current RSA certificate

**Particulars**:
Immediate Start

Full time: Monday to Friday, with some flexibility for out of hours events

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
