**About the role**

In this role, you will work autonomously and act as the primary point of contact for visitors attending the Maddington Office. You will also assist with the administrative tasks.

This is a part time role, 22 hours per week which allows you flexibility to structure your hours to suit your week.

**Responsibilities**
- Greeting customers and visitors to site
- Prepare outgoing mail and distribute incoming mail
- Data entry
- Process invoices
- Create purchase orders
- General office duties

**Skills & Experience**
- Demonstrated experience as a receptionist or in an administrative environment
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in computer
- Excellent attention to detail
