We are recruiting a Data Administrator position. The purpose of the role is to contribute to the efficient and effective functioning of the People and Shared Services team by undertaking data entry activities, liaising with Admins, and providing information with best practice customer service.

This is a full-time maximum term position for 3 months with an immediate start (pending background checks and references).

Specific Accountabilities:
- Load and validate employee scheduled data into the system (UKG).- Perform routine data checks and reconciliations to ensure accuracy.- Liaise with site managers and schedulers to clarify or correct data discrepancies.- Maintain data integrity and audit trails in accordance with company standards.- Support wider rostering and workforce administration tasks as needed.

Skills and Competencies:
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.- Experience with UKG or similar workforce management systems is a plus, but not essential — training will be provided.- Proficiency in Excel and working with data templates.- Ability to manage repetitive tasks with consistency and precision.- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Word.
