**We are seeking a skilled and experienced ITIL Knowledge Manager to join our team at NRI in Adelaide. As an ITIL Knowledge Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our knowledge management processes in alignment with ITIL best practices. Your primary focus will be to ensure the effective creation, organization, and dissemination of knowledge within our organization.**
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement ITIL-based knowledge management strategies and frameworks to enhance service delivery and improve operational efficiency.
- Create and maintain a centralized knowledge repository, ensuring that information is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible to relevant teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify knowledge gaps, capture tacit knowledge, and transform it into explicit knowledge for wider consumption.
- Establish processes and workflows to facilitate the creation, review, approval, and retirement of knowledge articles and documentation.
- Conduct regular audits to assess the quality and relevance of knowledge assets, and implement continuous improvement measures.
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance knowledge management capabilities across the organization.
- Promote a culture of knowledge sharing, collaboration, and learning within the organization.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to knowledge management, and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
**Requirements**:
- ITIL Foundation certification is required. Additional ITIL certifications (such as ITIL Practitioner or ITIL Expert) are highly desirable.
- Proven work experience as an ITIL Knowledge Manager or in a similar role.
- Familiarity with knowledge management systems and tools, and experience in implementing and optimizing such systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex information and translate it into clear, concise knowledge articles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Project management experience and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) processes and tools is preferred.
