As the People & Culture Advisor you'll play a critical role in the People and Culture Operations looking after Resolution Digital, Annalect and OMG Facilitator.
You will be responsible for providing proactive and best practice HR service and advice which includes talent management, onboarding/offboarding, learning and development, work health and safety and diversity & inclusion.
You will act as the go-to person for People and Culture related queries and processes and escalate any complex issues when required.
**Your Responsibilities**:
- Support departments with all facets of HR duties such as providing advice on employment matters, recruitment, performance management, new starter and exit information and review processes
- Work closely with the Talent team across different aspects of the recruitment process. This includes approval process, contracts & visa assistance.
- Support and deliver a Remarkable employee experience from onboarding through to offboarding for your client groups, ensuring all people initiatives support Annalect, Resolution and OMGF's strategic imperatives, employer of choice reputation, and talent attraction and retention
- Provide advice and support stakeholders with performance related issues, grievances and complaints, leading the process
- Coordinate and facilitate OMG wide events/opportunities including social events, companywide events and internships
**Your Expertise**:
- Previous work experience in a HR support role ideally within a matrix organisation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
