People & Culture Advisor – 12-Month FTC

The Role
We're looking for a proactive and passionate People & Culture Advisor to join our Melbourne-based team (Kew office) on a 12-month parental leave contract.

In this generalist role, you'll work closely with the P&C Manager to support our retail network across Bonds, Sheridan, and Bras N Things. This is a hands-on business partnering role, focused on delivering pragmatic, people-focused solutions that support team engagement and business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day coaching and guidance to people leaders across workforce planning, performance development, and wellbeing
  • Support with talent management, employee relations, and issue resolution
  • Drive and support cultural and engagement initiatives
  • Build strong business partnerships across multiple retail functions
  • Provide advice on policies, legislative compliance, and change initiatives

About You
You're confident, collaborative and bring strong HR knowledge with a commercial lens. You're comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, and thrive when partnering with leaders to build capability and engagement.

You will have:

  • 2+ years of generalist HR experience
  • Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to influence
  • A passion for coaching and mentoring people leaders
  • High attention to detail, time management, and organisational skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
