**About the Role**:

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced mandarin
- speaking procurement officer to join our client’s dynamic R&D team on a permanent basis.
- Manage business supply and service contracts and deliverables including rebates, pricing reviews, KPI performance reviews, expiry dates, and market reviews.
- Evaluate supplier’s performance against commercial agreements and manage performance ensuring supplier performance in Delivery in Full, on Time, and to agreed quality standards - the right first time.
- Oversight of induction of new vendors; monitors and maintains the compliance of delivery time
- Prepare analytical reports on supplier performance and pricing to ensure a timely, cost-effective supply of goods and services
- Monitor performance, and negotiate contract variations through effective supplier relationships to enhance business outcomes

**About You**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, purchasing or procurement management, supply chain Management, and/or other relevant disciplines.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the procurement function within an FMCG or pharmaceutical manufacturing environment
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Sound analytical and strategic mindset
- Strong negotiation, communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
