We now have exciting opportunities for 3 Cadets to join our team in the following departments:

- Construction
- Estimating
- Building Design

**The Roles**:
**Construction Site Cadet**
- Site Office Coordination
- Read and interpret drawings
- Quality Assurance and ITP’s
- Project Schedules and Programs
- WHS Document Management, Inspections, Inductions and Toolbox Talks
- Project Reporting and Recording Inspections

**Building Design Cadet**
- Working with Design Manager on developing out the design concepts
- Reviewing reports and drawings
- Project documentation and record keeping
- Regular liaison and follow up with the project team and consultants
- Consultant procurement
- Supporting the overall Building Design process

**Estimating Cadet**
- Preparation of Design & Construct tenders with the Senior Estimator
- Read and interpret drawings
- Liaison with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain quotes
- Measuring and pricing builder’s quantities
- Consultation with construction personnel

**About You**:
To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Currently studying in your final year or a recent Graduate of:
- Construction or Project Management or equivalent, or
- Building Design Management or equivalent, or
- Quantity Surveying
- Organised and methodical
- High attention to detail
- Alignment with our values of Focus, Respect, Anticipation, Never Give Up and Kindness
