Our **Managed Print Services** team, provide bespoke printing and service solutions to our wide customer base. Whether it is printing hardware, electronic content management solutions, scan capture and workflow solution, production print/digital press, our MPS solutions provides it.
As our **Service Technician**, you will repair and maintain our customer’s office equipment to a suitable standard of proficiency. Reporting into the MPS Service Manager, you will maintain high levels of customer service and satisfaction, contributing to retention of existing MPS customers.
**In this role you will be responsible for**:
- Manage customer service requests from diagnosing machine faults, repairing the equipment, final inspection, and testing
- Perform onsite installation of Multi-Function Devices, network connection and end user training
- Assist Sales teams with pre and after sales support
***Skills & experience required**:
- We are looking for a self-motivated customer service professional who has excellent influencing and negotiation skills.
- Experience in the technology industry, preferably print, is essential.
