We have an opportunity for a Customer Support / Internal salesperson to join our team based in Welshpool.

As a successful and growing sign company producing and installing various signage from vehicle graphics to building signage, we pride ourselves on taking the time to understand each customer's unique business requirements and **delivering an exceptional customer experience**.

As our customers first point of contact, you will be able to portray a friendly and professional demeanour at all times. You will be ideally suited to this role if you are **keen to learn** and possess a **great attitude**.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Assist the owner with producing signage quotes - training will be provided.
- Meet + greet new clients.
- Overseeing our showroom area.
- Answering and responding to phone enquiries and day to day administrative duties.
- Working closely with our sales team and communicating with customers on the progress of their orders.
- Updating our company website and Social Media Platforms with current marketing initiatives.

- Reliable, punctual and well presented.
- A clear and confident phone manner.
- Have strong attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Drivers Licence (desirable).
