Based in Welshpool, our Customer Support Team Leader will lead a team of up to 9 personnel who schedule staff for aged care, disability and community clients, in-home and in residential facilities.

This is a fast-paced role that requires real people skills and the ability to juggle options to achieve the best rostering outcomes.

**The key outcomes expected are**:

- Lead existing scheduling team to ensure shift requests are filled.
- Develop, implement and manage ongoing staff training/skills including continuous validation of qualifications currency and match to requirements.
- Support the Schedulers as needed.
- Build positive workplace culture and morale, characterised by a sense of urgency about getting things done and a desire to achieve good outcomes.
- Conduct staff performance reviews.
- Institute performance management as required.
- Monitor scheduling performance and requirements and make recommendations to the Staffing Manager on systems and staffing.
- Be an ambitious, hard worker.
- Possess real people skills including communicating clearly, motivating people to achieve.
- Have strong administration skills.
- Be able to perform under pressure.
- Possess solid computer skills including ability to quickly learn new software systems and move between systems.
- Experience working in aged care, disability or other health sector preferred but not essential.
- Have sense of urgency in responding to clients and referrals.
- Possess tenacity in ensuring compliance requirements are met.
- Have strong planning/scheduling skills with fast, flexible response to emergent situations.
- Accurate and effective communication skills.

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Public holidays
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Welshpool, WA 6106: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Certificate I - IV (required)

**Experience**:

- Team management: 2 years (required)
- Customer relationship management: 2 years (required)

- Australia (required)
