**The Opportunity**:
At Komatsu, your role as the Customer Support Sales Representative Outbound is to give great customer service and offer solutions.

You’ll be trained as an expert with our range of heavy mobile equipment aftermarket parts and services, so you’re well prepared to make phone calls and build relationships with our clients.

To succeed in this role, you'll need great communication skills, attention to detail, and strong organisational abilities.

**What we are looking for**:

- Customer focused and proactive in identifying opportunities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to build and maintain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Pipeline management and analysis
- Experienced using the Microsoft Suite of software
- Heavy vehicle and equipment parts market experience desirable but not required
