- The Revenue Services Department at The Royal Melbourne Hospital has an opportunity available for an enthusiastic and energetic individual to join the Patient Liaison Team. We are seeking an individual that is team oriented and passionate about providing excellent customer service to all internal and external stakeholders whilst helping to drive successful revenue outcomes.**Your new Team**
- The Patient Liaison team is part of the broader Revenue Services team. Being a Patient Liaison Officer you will be part of a team focused on providing an excellent level of customer service to our patients, carers, families, clinicians and all other stakeholders. Daily, within the role you will engage with patients at the bedside to maximise the identification, capture and collection of revenue in a timely, accurate and transparent way across Melbourne Health.**About You**
- Provide an excellent level of customer service.
- Be a quick thinker and problem solver whilst adhering to best practice.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Be the intermediary link between the patient, family or carer and Revenue Services maximising the identification, qualification and completion of required documentation in a transparent way.
