**About the Role**

Based in our Berwick clinic, the Customer Service Officer is responsible for booking patient appointments via phone and electronic methods.
This is a full-time role, Monday-Fridays.

As the first point of contact, this role is primarily responsible for attending to patient booking requests in an efficient and responsive manner. The role will deliver exceptional patient care and customer service, ensuring a values-driven, empathetic, and confidential approach to both patients and referring doctors.
