**What Support is being provided**:

- Seeking caring and committed people to support a 33-year-old man with a spinal cord injury to remain living independently at home by helping him achieve daily activities such as:

- Duties Include
- Assistance with personal care tasks
- Medication administration
- Assistance with therapy tasks
- Use of mobility equipment
- Light domestic assistance
- Meal preparation and Community participation
- Ventilator Management

**Shift Times**
- Shift times available are:

- Tuesday: 06:30 - 18:00
- Wednesday: 17:00 - 22:00

**Requirements**:

- Current references
- Mobile phone
- Current drivers licence and reliable vehicle - essential
- NDIS Worker’s Clearance or willing to obtain
