**The Opportunity**:
An opportunity exists for a highly organised and processed driven individual to join the oOhmedia Team on a permanent full-time basis based at our Port Melbourne office. In this role, you will be responsible for the planning of our field team tasks and the issuing of all work for completion by the Field Team, ensuring resourcing is maximized and efficiencies are achieved as per our commercial partner SLA’s.
- Manage work during staff absenteeism by ensuring it is reallocated for completion by other team members or accommodated by the Operative upon their return to work.
- In collaboration with Team Leaders, establish the day’s work and run sequences to ensure the most efficient route is undertaken with a focus on reducing travel time
- Frequently review and analyse rounds in conjunction with Team Leaders to ensure site additions and deletions are accommodated and travel time is limited to a minimum.
- Look to drive efficiencies by maximising the number of tasks undertaken by Operatives on each site visit
- Proactively generate a suite of reports and dashboards for key stake holders which provides insight into, but not limited to, Work in Progress, activity and average time to task.
- Collaborate with the management teams to identify and provide feedback on training requirements and gap analysis based on skills required to improve efficiencies.
- Collaborate with the Team Leaders on resourcing requirements and the reallocation of tasks depending on business needs.
