**The opportunity**:

This newly created position, **Accounts Payable Lead - 12 month FTC**, will report to the Financial Controller ANZ, and manages a team of 3. This is an excellent opportunity to deliver improvements across a core finance process, within a collaborative and friendly environment.

Responsibilities will include:

- leading and coaching the accounts payable team and ensuring supplier payments are processed accurately and efficiently
- ensuring delivery of exceptional customer service
- identifying system and process improvements
- observance of all compliance requirements, internal controls, KPI’s and standard operating procedures
- management of key stakeholders and reporting requirements

About you:

- demonstrated experience leading AP functions in varied environments
- familiarity with relevant systems and technologies
- skilled in continuous improvement and process efficiency
- adaptable, strategic and also comfortable being hands-on
