**Key Accountabilities**:
- Define project scope, roles and responsibilities.
- Define resource requirements and manage resource availability and allocation - both internal and third party.
- Prepare detailed project plans to schedule key project milestones, workstreams and activities.
- Manage project delivery by monitoring the progress of projects and address issues that may arise and ensure project deliverables are completed on time.
- Track projects and provide regular reports on project status to the project team and key stakeholders.
- Organise regular status and review meetings as necessary, including generating and distributing meeting minutes.
- Prepare project budgets based on requirements, track costs and prepare accurate financial forecasts.
- Design a risk management plan to minimize foreseeable disruptions to the project.
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and policies including purchasing and contract management.
- Oversee all incoming and outgoing project documentation, including managing contracts.
- Participate in designing, submitting, and reviewing formal and informal tenders.
- Manage the relationship and communication with Project Sponsor and all stakeholders, ensuring the project is delivered to their satisfaction.
- Adopt and promote the use of ‘good practice’ standardised processes as applicable to particular projects
**Experience**:
- Qualifications in fields with focus on technical or analytical fields highly regarded.
- Project Management qualifications highly regarded
- Project Management experience in compliance focussed projects
- Experience with International privacy legislation
