**The Role**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Social Media Coordinator with experience or interest in the legal industry. In this role, you'll work closely with our clients - law firms and law firm representatives - to craft effective social media strategies, create engaging content, and build an online presence that supports their business objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement tailored social media strategies for clients in the legal sector.
- Manage and execute social media campaigns across various platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok etc.)
- Create high-quality, engaging and compliant content (graphics, copy, video etc.) for client social media channels.
- Monitor social media trends, industry news and competitor activity to inform content creation.
- Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance, providing insights for optimisation.
- Engage with followers, respond to queries and manage community interactions.
- Ensure all social media content complies with legal industry standards and regulations.
- Work closely with the wider content teams to ensure alignment on client objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools and technologies.

**About You**:

- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Media or a related field is required.
- A strong understanding of social media marketing, particularly in a professional services context.
- Knowledge of the legal industry and its unique challenges and regulations is highly desirable.
- Excellent writing, editing and communication skills, with the ability to create content that resonates with a legal audience.
- Experience managing multiple social media platforms and using social media management tools, design tools (eg. Canva) and editing tools (eg. Capcut)
- Analytical mindset with the ability to report on campaign performance and suggest improvements.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly when it comes to compliance and brand messaging.
