The Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Social Media Coordinator with experience or interest in the Allied Health industry. In this role, you'll collaborate with clients, including physiotherapists, occupational therapists, psychologists and other healthcare professionals to create compelling social media strategies, produce engaging content and build an online presence that supports their business and client care objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement tailored social media strategies for Allied Health clients.
- Manage and execute social media campaigns across platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
- Create high-quality, engaging content (graphics, copy, video, etc.) that aligns with clients' brand values and resonates with their audiences.
- Monitor social media trends, industry updates and competitor activity to inform content creation.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights for optimisation.
- Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and manage community interactions to foster trust and connection.
- Ensure all content adheres to industry standards, client guidelines and relevant regulations.
- Collaborate with the broader content team to ensure alignment on client goals and messaging.
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools and technologies.

About You:

- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is required.
- A strong understanding of social media marketing, particularly in a professional services or healthcare context.
- Knowledge of the Allied Health industry and its unique challenges is highly desirable.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills, with the ability to craft content that speaks to a healthcare audience.
- Experience managing multiple social media platforms and using tools such as Canva, social media scheduling software, and video editing tools such as Capcut.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to report on campaign performance and recommend improvements.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail, especially when it comes to compliance and brand messaging.
