The Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Social Media Coordinator with experience or interest in the real estate industry. In this role, you'll collaborate with clients — including real estate agents, agencies and property developers to create impactful social media strategies, produce engaging content and build an online presence that drives leads and showcases their property portfolios.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement tailored social media strategies for real estate clients.
- Manage and execute social media campaigns across platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
- Create high-quality, visually stunning content (property showcases, graphics, videos, etc.) that highlights clients’ listings and services.
- Monitor social media trends, real estate market updates and competitor activity to inform content creation.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights for optimisation.
- Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and manage community interactions to foster trust and interest.
- Ensure all content aligns with client branding and adheres to industry standards.
- Collaborate with the broader content team to ensure alignment on client goals and messaging.
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools and technologies.
About You:
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Media or a related field is required.
- A strong understanding of social media marketing, particularly in a professional services or real estate context.
- Knowledge of the real estate industry and its unique challenges is highly desirable.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills, with the ability to craft content that captivates prospective buyers and sellers.
- Experience managing multiple social media platforms and using tools such as Canva, social media scheduling software, and video editing tools such as Capcut.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to report on campaign performance and recommend improvements.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail, especially when it comes to branding and messaging.
