**Exciting Opportunity: Property Manager for Luxury Residential Property**
Are you a skilled tradesperson looking for a rewarding opportunity to showcase your talents in a stunning location? We have an exciting part-time position available for a dedicated individual to manage and maintain a prestigious luxury residential property located in Rose Bay.

**Position Overview**:
As the Property Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and optimal operation of the property. This part-time role requires attendance at the property three times per week, with each visit lasting at least 5 hours.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Implement and maintain 'The Owners Manual' to streamline property management processes.
- Develop and manage the Initial Maintenance Schedule to effectively schedule necessary works.
- Coordinate and oversee tradespeople for additional maintenance and repair tasks.
- Perform various maintenance duties including cleaning exterior surfaces, managing yard maintenance, and overseeing routine maintenance schedules.
