Mother Nature's Property Maintenance is a reputable and growing landscaping business based in the Lower North Shore, known for delivering high-quality property maintenance. We work with both residential and commercial clients to maintain and create beautiful and functional outdoor spaces.

We're currently looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Landscape Gardener to join our friendly and hardworking team centered around the North Shore.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out all aspects of soft and hard landscaping including:

  • Turfing, planting, pruning, and mulching

  • Fencing, and garden structures
  • Garden clearance and ground preparation
  • Maintain lawns, beds, hedges, and other planted areas
  • Operate and maintain landscaping tools and machinery
  • Interpret and work from garden design plans
  • Ensure work is completed to a high standard, on time and within budget
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Interact with clients in a professional and courteous manner

Experience preferred but not essential, can be trained on the job.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a landscape gardener or in a similar role
  • Knowledge of plants, landscaping techniques, and garden maintenance
  • Competent with landscaping tools and equipment (e.g., Whipper Snippers, hedge trimmers, mowers, etc.)
  • Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently
  • Driving license REQUIRED and ESSENTIAL.
  • Relevant qualifications in horticulture/landscaping are an advantage but not essential
