Facilities Maintenance / Handyman positions have become available due to recent company expansion.

We are a commercial maintenance company servicing larger corporate clients throughout Sydney and need professionals to join our team.

Requirements: A current license, current first aid certificate, construction industry white card, national police check, EWP and working at heights license.

A professional and well-groomed appearance and the ability to work in a team, OHS industry knowledge and the ability to work with mínimal supervision is also required.

About the Role: Full time position with immediate start.

Working days are Monday to Friday and Saturdays only when required. Normal working hours are 7:00am to 3:30pm daily with overtime available.

Company work vehicle is supplied as well as mobile phone and uniforms.

Relevant experience and skills for the role include basic skills associated with; painting, plastering, concreting, plumbing, tiling, door and door furniture repair and replacement (including fire doors) carpentry and general maintenance.

To be successful in this role, each applicant must have a mime 2years trade / maintenance experience.

**Salary**: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
