This role will be permanent full-time and working a flexible hybrid model in the office / remotely. The focus of the role will be building new business within the mid-size markets, across various industries in the corporate world, this role will be focussed on Software sales in the automation / SAAS space. Our client's brand speaks for itself, and the SaaS offering is limited in competition, making this a lucrative role for a strong sales person to take advantage of the un-capped commision structure. **Daily responsibilities** - Achieve sales objectives for the business by securing new customers in the mid-market space. - Identify sales opportunities through networking, partner relationships and individual prospecting activities - Overcome objectives and effectively communicate the value proposition to key decision makes and stake holders - Work closely with the Pre-Sales team to deliver on customer requirements - Building long-term relationships with new and allocated clients - Stay updated on industry trends, competitors’ offerings and market conditions - Maintain up to date and extensive knowledge of the software offerings - Plan, coordinate and conduct strategic customer engagements on a regular basis - Ability to develop and execute on Sales Business plan - Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets set out in your business objectives - Maintain and utilise salesforce CRM **Requirements**: As an experienced Sales professional, you will bring the below valued skills to our business: - Minimum of 2 years selling Document management or software automation or software / IT services in the SMB (50 - 500 seats) market - Ability to demonstrate expertise in AP automation or business automation or software solutions with C level customers - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong sales skills and experience managing client expectations and relationships - Organised and able to meet and maintain deadlines. - Understand how to deliver a ROI business case to prospect customers - Understanding of customer drivers, purchasing/decision processes - Ability to prepare and present successfully to all levels of customers - Understanding of complex sales cycles and solutions selling **Benefits** - Above market remuneration which includes high commision scheme / car allowance - Uncapped commision structure - Our client's product suite is vast, not a one size fits all solution - This role is focussed on solutions based / consultative selling, not transactional - SAAS Sales - modern tech stack - Supportive leadership who want you to be succesful and making money - Join a company going through agressive growth, and this opportunity is flowing to the sales team - Work for a globally recognised brand with a reputable name in the IT industry - Flexible work environment (Home + Office) - Perks + benefits to compliment salary package - Calm and professional culture that is not toxic - World class leadership team - Opportunities to grow and step into different domains of the business - Software as a service sales tapping into a new generation of market If you are interested in hearing more about this opportunity, please click "Apply" and our Senior Consultant (Chris) will be in touch with further detail after you submit your CV. 4467
