About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Residential Services Manager to provide strong leadership and oversight across all business units of Forest Lake Lodge. Reporting to the Chair of the Board, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional clinical outcomes and exceeding compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with residents, staff, and families to develop and implement service and care innovations that drive safety, efficiency and/or improved quality and service outcomes.
- Provide strong strategic leadership and oversight of all Forest Lake Lodge business units.
- Maintain accreditation of the home through compliance with the Aged Care Standards.
- Lead by example to embed the organisational values, ethos and mission.

Qualifications:
- Appropriate tertiary qualifications in health, aged care, human services and/or business.
Skills and Experience:
- A true leader capable of leading culture change, workforce planning and accountability.
- Demonstrated operational experience in leading/growing a complex health/aged care business with diverse multicultural staffing.
- Facility management experience of at least 5 years and preferably with a standalone facility or similar.
- Strong financial and commercial acumen with advanced analytical, problem-solving and process improvement skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills including demonstrated experience in communicating with a broad range of staff and community stakeholders. Skills include communication regarding sensitive and confidential issues, presentation and negotiation.
- Experience in managing teams and clientele where there is a high degree of safety, legislation, regulation and quality standard compliance requirements.
- Demonstrated experience of change management and process improvements in complex high demand service environments.
- Critical and reflective thinking and decision-making skills with sound judgement
- Demonstrated commitment to continual professional and personal development.
- Experience in the Microsoft suite of standard products, clinical management software and rostering software.
Desirable:
- Appropriate qualifications in a clinical field and current registration with APHRA.
