About the Role

Moco is on the lookout for an energetic and passionate Learning and Development Manager to take charge of building our workforce capability. This role is all about designing, delivering, and embedding strategies that help our people thrive.

You'll lead from the front by developing tailored training programs across our diverse teams – Sales, Transport, Warehouse, Moco Meats, and Customer Experience. From identifying skill gaps to creating a best-in-class leadership development program, you'll be at the heart of growing both individual careers and Moco's long-term success.

This is your chance to drive initiatives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where learning is a priority. Reporting directly to the Head of People and Culture, you'll influence the way our people learn, lead, and deliver inspiration every day.

You're someone who thrives on building others up. With a natural coaching style and an innovative mindset, you know how to design training that's practical, inspiring, and impactful. You bring a proven track record in L&D, coupled with the energy to create something truly unique for Moco.

Skills, Experience & Attributes

· Strong background in Learning & Development, with expertise in designing and executing strategic programs.

· Proven ability to create and deliver training across diverse teams and functions.

· Experience with leadership development and coaching programs that inspire growth.

· Knowledge of modern learning methodologies and training technologies.

· Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders.

· Analytical mindset with the ability to measure effectiveness and continuously improve.

· A passion for creating a culture of continuous learning and development.
