**Position**: Casual Allied Health Receptionist

We’re a small, family-run Caloundra Physiotherapy clinic, and we’re looking for someone to join our team as a casual Allied Health Receptionist.

We value a supportive team environment and are seeking someone who can thrive both independently and as part of a close-knit team. If you have previous experience in allied health reception, excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude, we’d love to hear from you

**What we’re looking for**:

- A friendly and approachable personality
- Experience in allied health reception or a similar position
- Experience with medical software such as pracsuite and familiarity working with Medicare, NDIS, DVA, WorkCover and Aged Care providers is.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team (once training is complete you will be working on your own)
- Excellent communication, organizational and multitasking skills are necessary
- Ability to make clients feel welcome and valued
- Flexibility and reliability
- This is a receptionist position; computer literacy is essential to thrive in this workplace._

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: From $33.56 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 12 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
