**Job Summary**

Our Team is growing with more Doctors joining us we need more Receptionists for our team. GP Medical Experience essential to join this busy modern mixed billing practice. Offering 3 days a week with possibility of more, with rotating Saturday morning. You are the face of the business. You must have a happy disposition and be able to handle our busy environment and make our patients feel welcome and support our Doctors.

Answering phone, making appointments, billing, invoicing of accounts, eftpos machine, Medicare and DVA bulk billing claiming, faxing, scanning plus many more varied jobs.

**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**

Prefer General Practice Receptionist Experience, preferably using Best Practice.

Must be Vaccinated to work in Health Care as per Health guidelines, proof of vaccination will be required. Current CPR is highly recommended.

Mixed Billing experience.

Fast pace environment, able to work as part of a team or solo on weekends.

**Job Type and Category**

Must be available for any of our shifts. Earliest start is 7.30am, latest finish is 5.15pm.

Ocean Wave Medical in Caloundra has 9 Doctors, Clinical Psychologist plus a team of allied health on two sites including Podiatrist, Dietitian, Denture Clinic, Audiologist, Diabetic Educator and QML Pathology all on site.

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Medical admin: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
