**Business Traineeship - Chiropractic Receptionist**
- Location: Caloundra_ | _Part-Time Traineeship_

Are you a **friendly**, **organised**, and **reliable** individual who enjoys helping others? Looking to kickstart your career in healthcare administration? This is your chance to gain hands-on experience while working towards a nationally recognised qualification

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a **Medical Reception Trainee**. In this role, you'll be the **welcoming face** of our chiropractic centre and the first point of contact for our patients. You’ll provide outstanding customer service while learning the ins and outs of a dynamic healthcare environment

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Warmly greeting patients and visitors
- Answering phone calls and managing appointment bookings
- Handling HICAPS, Medicare, DVA and private billing transactions
- Maintaining and updating patient records while ensuring confidentiality
- Providing admin support to chiropractor and clinical staff
- Managing correspondence and general reception duties
- Performing scanning, filing, and data entry tasks
- Light duties eg. dusting, cleaning

**Please note**: Previous qualifications may affect Government funding required for this Traineeship. To be eligible you must be an Australian citizen, Permanent resident, or hold a valid visa that allows you to work and undertake training in Australia.
