- **Your New Role**
- At Aware Super, we are seeking an experienced Financial Planner to join our Advice team in Perth. In this role, you’ll provide high-quality financial advice that meets client needs and aligns with regulatory standards. You’ll work collaboratively to deliver outcomes that support our members’ financial wellbeing. In addition you will;- Deliver comprehensive financial advice tailored to client goals;
- Build strong, long-term relationships with members and guiding them to how to best achieve their financial goals;
- Ensure compliance with the Corporations Act, FASEA Code of Ethics, and internal policies; and
- Collaborate with our Client Servicing team to elevate the standard of client care, ensuring optimal outcomes.- _ _**How do you exceed our expectations?**- The idea of being part of our growth is exciting and you want to play a pivotal role in making super simple.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and RG146 compliance;
- Proven experience as a Financial Planner with strong technical knowledge;
- Your understanding of the legal and compliance framework within the financial services industry is impeccable, with a commendable history of passing compliance audits;
- Commitment to ethical advice and client-first principles; and
- You are balanced in accepting risk in any decision you face. You are curious to understand risk context and choose to speak up as we simplify, learn and grow.
